Totally agree. They are not hurting anybody, just trying to survive.

Somebody on another thread is complaining about the noise foxes make.

I've been listening to it for years, in the middle of the night/early hours.

But I still put any leftover food out for them, because they too are trying to survive.

Leave them all alone & learn to live alongside them.

They have just as much right to be here as we do.

For anyone saying" leave wild animals alone" and then mentionning that they leave food scraps out for them!! I watch a fox marking his territory in our garden- any new kids toy- may it be the sand pit or the play house is constantly sprayed!! How would you like your child playing in that!!

If I see any neighbour leaving scaps out I will throw any poos or other mess they leave over the fence- YES, including the dead guinea Pig that was left once by our back door!!

As you said so nicely- LEAVE THEM ALONE- DONT FEED THEM and if they dodnt find enough food they will regulate numbers naturally

Damn and there was I thinking that humans were the most destructive and pollutant of all species.....

Never seen a fox destroy the rain forests, or mull over which toothpaste to buy from the hundreds of brands on offer. Hmm never saw a fox buy a happy meal for it's cub with the useless plastic crap that keeps it's offspring devoid from parental input for the time it plays with it......

In fact silkematt...look around your home and ask yourself...just how much crap do foxes really do to the environment? Your house like mine and everyone else is full of crap no doubt........

Just because you dump in a toilet directly into a sewer doesn't give you more rights than a fox. Your affluent still ends up somewhere...ask the dolphins that swim through it daily.

    • I think that the value of one unit of social housing in a luxury block is so great that taking the money and building real social housing elsewhere with it, can be a preferable option.
    • The private sector is not going to build a significant amount of social housing. Everyone is very keen for *everyone else* to subsidise construction of social housing. I take it none of the objectors to this scheme was suggesting putting up council tax so Southwark could build more social housing...? Social housing isn't going to appear in serious numbers if the state doesn't borrow money and build it.
    • They must be really desperate to collab with Tesla. Honestly, it's not even the worst thing they've done. I've noticed these sex events happening in the last few months at a place that's supposed to be a restaurant and venue. I was planning my wedding there and was appalled by the setup for those events. When I discovered what was going on, I was disgusted by how they were using the same rooms as 'playrooms' where families are supposed to eat. The hygiene and safety concerns are just unacceptable. We really need to come together as a community to put a stop to this! They're destroying a sacred, Grade II listed building, and it's just not right. The owners need to be held accountable for their actions. It's time for us to stand up and protect our heritage and ensure that these spaces are used appropriately, especially when they should be serving families and the community.   sex events vid.mp4 sex events videe.mp4 Literally promoting it on their Instagram! Only just taken down after scrutiny.
    • yes, which properly explains why they responded to me on this occassion, as i included the CQC in my response. I have spoken to the Health Ombudsman, and they feel the regulator is more suited to the issues I have raise for more than a year now. welcome aboard. its great to have you on the thread. so sorry you are also experiencing issues. has this been addressed as yet?
