pebbles
My mother is very kindly buying me a handheld vacuum for my Xmas present. Does anyone have a which account who could email me what the best is meant to be OR does anyone have one that they really rate? Thanks in advance Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/27873-has-anyone-got-a-which-account-or-a-handheld-vacuum-recommendation/ Share on other sites
Chillaxed
We've a Black and Decker model from Argos - fairly basic but it sucks up most of the dry stuff on our kitchen floor. The Which? site doesn't rank handheld vacuums as for other products; it reviews each qualitively. Looks like the Dyson DC35 is the best, but it's 199 quid (gulp). If you've got your eye on a particular model I can send you the Which? review (if there is one).Chillaxed Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/27873-has-anyone-got-a-which-account-or-a-handheld-vacuum-recommendation/#findComment-606105 Share on other sites

Browncoffee
Our Dyson handheld VC is one of my best buys since having children. Think we got ours from ebay for half the retail price. Has been worty every penny! What a nice Xmas present:-) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/27873-has-anyone-got-a-which-account-or-a-handheld-vacuum-recommendation/#findComment-606130 Share on other sites
LalKJ
Hi PebblesWe've got a Dyson hand held too, which has been invaluable cleaning up after weaning children etc., but also use all round the house and car. Very reliable and proper vacuum suction, albeit, as mentioned, pricey. Only downside is on full power there is only a 6 minute lifetime, but we usually just keep it plugged in when not using so it's always at least fully charged.
