I have a bathroom cabinet for sale that is brand new! So brand new it is still in its sealed box. You can see the exact model here https://pebblegrey.co.uk/virginia#181=5715 the full cost is ?415 but it is currently in the sale for ?225. I'd like ?150 for it.

  Just for the sake of accuracy: it is not correct that The Dulwich Estate knew nothing about the closure. Neither is it correct that a new tenant cannot move in for a while - the Dulwich Estate notice is saying the stuff that was left in there will be binned or stored for 3 months, not that they're going to be stored on site for 3 months. Now the landlord is back in possession, they can rent it out as soon as they find a tenant.

  Been in here the other day, does have prices in there, so no fear on that. Prices are high as you’d expect but not obscene. Comparable to brothers on lordship lane.
