kristymac1
Hi,Just wanted to give a big thumbs up for Gianni and the team at Hi-Vibe on Melbourne Grove - I've had 9 sessions now and have shifted a reasonable amount of post-baby weight but more importantly my shape has changed considerably. The sessions are only half an hour long which is a huge plus for me, the personal trainers are all really lovely, very supportive and encouraging and for someone who is massively out of shape (but definitely improving ;-)) I dont feel in the slightest bit self-conscious. If you're interested in starting a new exercise in 2013 I'd definitely recommend powerplates and in particular the guys at Hi-Vibe, they do free trials too http://www.highvibe.co.uk/ Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/27864-recommended-hi-vibe-melbourne-grove-powerplates/ Share on other sites

verds
I'd recommend them too - I've been High Vibe-ing for 9 months now, and it's the only exercise I've stuck to. (OK, except the 6 weeks off over Christmas!) I'm the least sporty person in the world, but the trainers are lovely and despite the fact that they're disgustingly fit they're not intimidating and make the half hour go quickly. It works fast, too. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/27864-recommended-hi-vibe-melbourne-grove-powerplates/#findComment-606754 Share on other sites
