Hi,

I sell fresh, delicious, filled, pasta at North Cross Road Market, in front of the Blue Mountain Cafe every Saturday.

I will be there this coming Saturday, the 12th January.

Our pasta is made in Italy by an artisan. I sell the pasta immediately after delivery.

The pasta cooks in 5/6 minutes, and can be served simply with melted butter and sage and a bit of Parmesan cheese, or a simple tomato sauce.

The fillings for this week include:

artichokes, lemon and ricotta, ricotta parmesan, olives, wild mushroom (funghi Porcini), salmon, gnocchi with three colours and a few others that you will discover when you come to see us.

  So does anybody know why all these police were there, apart from doing their shopping at Tesco and keeping warm with their car engines running (to be fair, you can hardly blame them for that, this weather)? Are they still there? How many of them are/were there? Has nobody asked them what they are doing there, rather than asking on here?!
