Otta
Indeed, he thought he was being funny. He wasn't, but his livelihood shouldn't suffer.Besides, I used to know of a proper teacher at Goodrich who I heard using openly racist language in the pub, so it could be a lot worse. LocalTeacher
my intention was never to upset but to inform as a frustrated teacher and also as a parentmy childs school have similar issues it is not just about where i workit was never my intent to single out students from my school and by people saying who/where i am it does just thatperhaps the title of the thread was misleading and my tone a little inflammatory but people posting about where i work is making me very uncomfortable ,i would hate for a child i teach with long hair or headlice to read thisif have offended anyone then i apologize i made an error , and i am clearly paying for itas your childs teacher their hair and your class status are not my business, my business is to teach them as well as i can and i doi treat every single child i teach in the same way i would want my own child treated and respectedi was just venting my frustration on the forumand if you know me then you will know that i am neither bigoted or judgemental towards the children i teach or the people i meet Vik if i teach your children please look me in the eye and ask me how they are doing, thats what im there for Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/27793-advice-for-middle-class-parents/page/3/#findComment-605864 Share on other sites
