Hey! Looking for a friendly and down to earth person to become a part of the home in East Dulwich. It's a double room, unfurnished (but includes the wardrobe) in a 4-bed Victorian house.

Room available from 4th March, terraced house just off lordship lane. Looking for a friendly professional woman aged c26-35 to join us who is considerate of others/tidy and has a sense of humour.

The location is great, being a second off Lordship Lane by the EDT and surrounded by independent shops, caf?s, pubs and restaurants. East Dulwich station is about a 7-minute walk away (4 if you?re pelting it) with 15-minute trains to London Bridge. The 185 and 176 buses run every few minutes to central a stones-throw from the house. This is all a steal for ?580pcm without bills (approx. ?70).

The current housemates are a social, friendly and easy-going bunch, so looking for someone the same; I'm talking sharing a bottle of wine, film nights, chilling out in the garden in summer, the odd zumba class - up for a drink but also gotta catch those 💤s now and then. You'd be living with two guys and a girl - Harriet works in mental health, and Josh and Rob are civil servants, so we're only looking for a girl to keep the balance.
