Hello, I'm seeking a room in flat/house with one other person aged 40+

I've been in the area for almost 10 years, so know it well.

I work in film/PA work and am currently working from home.

I'm tidy, clean, thoughtful, creative, respectful. Would be nice like to share the occasional glass of wine in the evening whilst also respecting one another's space.

  I was recommended Niko by a neighbour and he fixed a really tricky job perfectly and in no time. He gave me lots of suggestions for another job that I need to do. He is professional, clear and such a nice guy as well as an excellent plumber. He will be my go to plumber now. Thank you.

  BBC article was interesting though don't you think? Labour have got to start doing better and I think Winter Fuel and farmers are going to haunt them for some time yet.
