A friend of mine witnessed on Goodrich Road a few days ago a dog walker, female, in a white van, looking as though she was dropping dog back home, when a dog from van got out and ran, she chased with the other dog, which was on a lead, luckily she got the dog back. The most concerning thing was she left keys in engine and engine running with dogs in van and a dog sitting in the front. It wasn't that long ago a couple vans got nicked with dogs in, because a dog walker left engine running whilst dropping of a dog. Stealing dogs is rife now and I know people put their trust in these dog walkers and pay money for a trustworthy service. The part of Goodrich Road is between crystal palace and the road new school is on at the bottom. So if anyone uses a dog walker with white van in that part of Goodrich, perhaps you could find out.keep in mind, people are being robbed of their dogs when walking them so just please keep your dogs safe and question your dog walker.

Also the businesses that go into people's homes to feed pets while their owners are away as nobody is going away.

    • Have excelled their always good service from Ropharm Pharmacy   Had phone consultation with GP at 11.44 am who said wd  send prescription to pharmacy. The meds were delivered to my home later that evening by one of the pharmacists on his way home!!!  Very impressed
    • A good neighbour would discuss the problem with you, take heed of your concern and do something about their tree causing or potentially causing damage to your property.  Unfortunately Southwark seems to behave like a "bad neighbour" in this situation, not wanting to respond to concerns unless forced to by a third party claim.  The only alternative is to keep badgering them to take seriously their responsibility for council owned trees in relation to neighbouring properties in the hope they will eventually act. In the end the residents bear the cost either way ☹️
    • Also saw that the barbers on Grove Vale next to Alpine Dry Cleaners has become another nail bar.
    • Id like to see the temporary skate park closed off and got rid of now, its getting too cringey listening to do gooders who own £1.5 million houses crow about 'how amazing it is that some local teenagers turned an unused area into a fantastic community hub' etc etc...they probably wouldnt say that if they lived beside it.  Ideally we would have a Wetherspoons in its place so that those without huge salaries and mortgage free high value propreties (paid off with inheritance money) could have somewhere to go for cheap food and drink. Nowhere like that exists in Dulwich and the loss of The Capitol still resonates with the local hoi polloi. Unlikely to happen of course, since Spoons are now concentrating on opening pubs beside train stations and charging double the price for a pint compared to the usual Zone 3 neighbourhood Wetherpoons pub.
