Haven't seen much on here recently that fits our search but just thought I would do a post. We are first time buyers and are after a 1-2 bed flat with private garden access (Not against communal garden if right flat came along). We are chain free and pretty much ready to go. Budget of ?375k and looking at everywhere between ED/Forest Hill/Syd to Streathham and everywhere in between!
