Hi everyone,

My room in a beautiful modern house will become available this spring. Move- in date is flexible, anywhere between now and May. The room comes unfurnished, but I'm happy to leave my furniture in the room for you. We're located near The Actress pub, so just a few minutes walking from Peckham Rye, Lordship Lane or the leisure centre.

You'll be living with two professionals in their mid twenties. We are a clean and quiet household, but we enjoy having a glass of wine together in the weekends.

  I was recommended Niko by a neighbour and he fixed a really tricky job perfectly and in no time. He gave me lots of suggestions for another job that I need to do. He is professional, clear and such a nice guy as well as an excellent plumber. He will be my go to plumber now. Thank you.

  BBC article was interesting though don't you think? Labour have got to start doing better and I think Winter Fuel and farmers are going to haunt them for some time yet.
