We are looking to buy a house in Forest Hill - ideally close to Eliot Bank Primary School.

It is probably not even worth setting out the "ideal" characteristics of this house as everything is a compromise and we are open to considering most things! A decent garden is a must and the bigger the better (of course!).

We are a family of 3 (soon to be 4) and our budget is up to ?1.1m.

  This is most likely explanation but it might be a private individual whose contractor wrote wrong postcode. Forced analogy. I nearly booked a hair appointment "on behalf of " my wife. Gave her phone number Indeed, we get post for a house with same number, one letter different . Bank account numbers I believe have check digits . Postcodes don't.

  I was recommended Niko by a neighbour and he fixed a really tricky job perfectly and in no time. He gave me lots of suggestions for another job that I need to do. He is professional, clear and such a nice guy as well as an excellent plumber. He will be my go to plumber now. Thank you.

  BBC article was interesting though don't you think? Labour have got to start doing better and I think Winter Fuel and farmers are going to haunt them for some time yet.
