Nanny Share around Peckham / Nunhead

Recommended Posts

Hi, We're looking for a family to do a nanny share with, 3-4 days a week from April / May.

This is for our daughter who will be just over 1 then (we also have a 3 year old son who is at nursery).

We're based in Nunhead so ideally you'd be based near there or Peckham.

Please drop me a line if you might be interested.

All the best,

Tory

Hello ,

This is Sebnem. I am 38 years old and I have ten years experience (nanny) in London. I am ofsted registered nanny and recently got my DBS and first aid. I am very interested the job you posted. Please check my CV which is below and if you interested let's discuss further details.

Kind regards

Sebnem

Hello,

I am a vastly experienced, degree-educated childcare professional who has worked with newborns to 15-year olds. An Ofsted-registered nanny, I have been running my own business in this sector for ten years since moving to London from my native Turkey.

My most recent role included care for a baby who has Cystic Fibrosis. For the first year and a half of his life, I've taken on the responsibility of giving him constant care, making sure he takes his medication on time, keeping him healthy and happy with minimal exposure to germs. This role has only ended because of the current pandemic; the unfortunate scenario where he is not allowed exposure to those outside his immediate family.

My qualifications include: First aid, Child Neglect, Basic Food Hygiene, Equality and Diversity, Mental Capacity, Child Exploitation & Online Safety, DBS.

Clearly, I love spending time with kids and keep them happy and educated. I am a patient, disciplined and responsible person and I always work to plan.

I am very energetic and outgoing and I love art, books, and cooking healthy meals. I love children to express their creativity with art and crafts. Additionally, I am willing to help children with their homework in any subject (I have a degree in economics). I can also teach them my mother language (Turkish), if you wish, as I believe that learning another language is very beneficial for brain development at a young age.

My experience:

(2020 September till now) : A little girl who is 15 months.

(2016 August - 2020 July): A newborn boy, a one-year-old boy, and five-year-old girl.

(2016 January - 2016 August ): A newborn girl, and two-year-old girl.

(2014- 2015) - Two one-year-old girls.

(2011-2014) - Three girls, 6-months-old, a three-year-old, and a six-year-old.

I have also been babysitting for the past ten years, when my time allows.

My education:

2004-2005: Bahcesehir Uni. Leadership School

2000-2004: Dumlupinar Uni. Economy Study

Grade: 2.39

2014: Kaplan International Language School

2017-2018: One To One English School

Grade: Advanced

    • Never had a problem with Poundland - good selection of stock and shop is clean. I have always found staff helpful, pleasant and go out of their way to try and help. one in Barnstaple in Devon is I believe closing down- shop is not laid out as well, cramped and not a pleasant experience. Sure there is going to be major complaints when it closes. if the shop closes in East Dulwich, without doubt  local community will complain - not everyone can afford prices that other shops charge.
    • Many years ago whilst a male friend was canvassing during election time, he knocked on a door in Crystal Palace Road. Was greeted by a lady in glamorous (according to him) nightwear  who offered her services in exchange for voting for a particular candidate!  Our friend, who must have been in his 60s at that point , politely declined. We all had a good laugh over this and every time people went canvassing for years afterwards, they were regaled with this story.
