12 Lordship Lane used to be an estate agents but has been empty and seemingly abandoned for years. Whats going on with it?

Surprised it hasn't been turned into coffee or posh food outlet by now.

It seems this property is being used for illegal squat raves. Many a time I have seen youths congreating outside with balloons in their mouth, looking deranged!
