rehabilitation suppport worker needed

Does anyone know of a support worker available please, or perhaps you are one yourself? It's for a disabled mid 40s man in Camberwell who needs someone to help him practice walking outside the house. It would need someone that's tallish, and preferably with prior experience. The man himself has lost his fine motor skills including some of his balance following a brain injury, and has speech difficulties but can be great company.
