Large framed print of Edgar Degas?s lovely impressionist painting, Combing the Hair ('La Coiffure?), bought and framed a few years ago for ?120 via the National Gallery?s bespoke print collection.

The black frame has a few minor scuffs but these are barely visible when it is mounted.

Dimensions 70cm x 87cm

?80, collection from The Gardens, SE22 - or I could deliver if within a one-mile radius.

(The third photo shows the picture hanging, although it doesn't do it justice due to reflections/the angle the pic was taken)

  The govt research cited earlier in this thread suggests that the number of foreign uni students seeking places is reducing and that this is nothing to do with available accommodation, but with rising uni course fees and issues to do with visas. So I wonder what the true level of demand will be for these student rentals, if many cannot afford them? If there was insufficient uptake on the student side what would happen to the properties?
