How to delete my wanted thread

How do I delete my wanted thread/message please not my account. Ive pressed cancel but still stays on the page.Thankyou.

Users can't delete posts; they can just edit them down to a single character. You could also at the same time change the Subject Line to, say, Deleted.

I posted an item for sale on the 'For Sale & Items Offered' section on 28 Jan. 2022. The item has sold. Clearly, therefore, it would make sense to remove/delete the post. Can this be done? If so, how can it be done? If not, why not? Look forward to your advice. Many thanks.

Just edit the subject line and/or the content of the post to say SOLD ..
