Hi there,

thought i would offer my services, i do not own/run a company but i am a maintenance manager for the worlds first pop up mall in shoreditch, anyway thought i have been doing a few odd jobs for friends and family round east dulwich mostly assembling flat pack furniture and knocking down garden walls etc but happy to come and look at any small job that needs doing and give you a quote...anyway hope you all had a good xmas and have a great new year.

  A starter-free method is to make normal dough, let it rise and then put some aside. Make the remainder into normal bread. Then takethe set-aside dough, add more flour and water but no more yeast, let it rise, set a bit aside and make bread with the remainder. Repeat. Your starter will slowly sour from wild yeasts in your kitchen. I did it this way.
