Holiday rubbish collection dates

The published revised dates aren't reliable. A collection due to have been made tomorrow was actually made today. At that rate they might even be back to the standard schedule by next week, a week earlier than published.

My Southwark schedule showed last week (christmas week) as a 2 day lag (it was), this week (New Year) as a one day lag (it was) and it is back to normal collections from Monday 7th. So for me it is back to standard schedule nest week. My normal collection day is Tuesdays.

Aargh, my mistake. Thanks Penguin68, and apologies to Southwark. I'd been looking at the "clear bag collections" list which heads the revised schedule.

I couldn't bloody miss mine! Last Thursday they were. And the damn lorries were making loads and loads of noise in my area from 7am in the morning until about lunch time. Seemed to be never ending.

Lewisham has allowed itself a leeway by giving a two day slot of when it might come - and so far have been within that slot. As long as they come tomorrow....
