Hello,

I'm looking to set up a new business in ED/Peckham area and would like to start looking for properties to lease. I need something around the 2000 sq ft mark. It doesn't have to be retail or on a main road necessarily. If you can recommend any good estate agents, or you are a commercial estate agent - please get in touch.

  A starter-free method is to make normal dough, let it rise and then put some aside. Make the remainder into normal bread. Then takethe set-aside dough, add more flour and water but no more yeast, let it rise, set a bit aside and make bread with the remainder. Repeat. Your starter will slowly sour from wild yeasts in your kitchen. I did it this way.
