Great professional oven cleaning

After smoking out the whole house at Christmas while roasting a big animal at 230C for an hour, I realised that I needed to get my oven professionally cleaned. I used http://www.hithergreenovenclean.co.uk/ and they were responsive (I emailed on Christmas Day Night and he replied on Boxing Day morning, punctual, friendly and nice. I barely recognise my oven now. Marvellous.
