Looking for somewhere furnished or part furnished to rent (bills included) for 3 months or so.

I'm currently living in Penge at my Mum's flat. I'm awaiting insurance compensation following an accident in Nov 2019, and need somewhere until that money comes through and I can move out of London. Happy to provide proof of the legal claim to support this and I can pay 3 months upfront.

I have one well-behaved cat also FYI so need a garden or patio

  This is most likely explanation but it might be a private individual whose contractor wrote wrong postcode. Forced analogy. I nearly booked a hair appointment "on behalf of " my wife. Gave her phone number Indeed, we get post for a house with same number, one letter different . Bank account numbers I believe have check digits . Postcodes don't.

  I was recommended Niko by a neighbour and he fixed a really tricky job perfectly and in no time. He gave me lots of suggestions for another job that I need to do. He is professional, clear and such a nice guy as well as an excellent plumber. He will be my go to plumber now. Thank you.

  BBC article was interesting though don't you think? Labour have got to start doing better and I think Winter Fuel and farmers are going to haunt them for some time yet.
