need pendant lights hanging in awkward place!!

Help!!

I am looking to hang two pendant lights in my kitchen underneath a large glass skylight in my side return. This has already been done by the builders who did the extension but I am not happy with their solution and think it could be done better.

It will require a problem-solving electrician who can also do a bit of plastering!

I have seen examples of the kind of thing I'm after so can provide a photographic reference.

Hoping someone out there (locally) can help.

  How can a supermarket "run out of gas"? Was that a joke? The Metro article is referring to the central gas supply, surely? Which hasn't actually run out yet.

  What good would it do reporting it to the press? If one thinks it is a major issue, just for a moment, think about the hardship in cities in Ukraine where residents are lucky to get one hour of electricity a day and where water is not being pumped to residential blocks.
