juno
I know, in classic post christmas panic. Has anyone tried the Cambridge diet? I'm SO depressed about how I look and the what should have been lovely family christmas photos are just horrific. I've been pretty useless at following diets in the past. Weight watchers on line has not worked - I just lose interest and find inputing all the ingredients for meals tedious, and I fail daily on it! The cambridge diet looks extreme but maybe that's what is needed?!? Has anyone tried it and lived to recommmend? Thanks - and sorry for being such a boxing day cliche :-) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/27493-the-cambridge-diet/ Share on other sites
Earl Aelfheah
Good overview of a number of popular diets here: http://www.nhs.uk/Livewell/loseweight/Pages/top-10-most-popular-diets-review.aspxPersonally I don't believe any of them work long term. Eat a healthy, varied diet and incorporate regular exercise into your daily routine. It may be boring and may not have quick results, but its also the only sustainable option over the long term. JaneB
I recommend Diet Chef as I find most of the meals appetising...but if you are hoping to eat the same meals as the rest of your family then it's not for you.
