Furnished double bedroom available stones throw of Peckham Rye Park and all the action in East Dulwich (when Covid ends).

THE ROOM

A great size double room up for grabs, with high ceilings and a big window facing to the backyard.

HOUSEMATES

Kate (27) and Jorge (28) both working for an independent retailer although due to Covid we might work from home occasionally. We like keeping a clean and tidy house, and a nice and chill atmosphere. We love to hang out , watch films on the projector and cook together and used to go to the pub and other places when they were open.

BORING BIT

Rent is ?725 per month, 5 weeks deposit (?906.25) that will need to be paid prior to moving in, bills are about ?70. The landlords require reference but there are no added fees.

Move in day ideally start of February but flexible.

  This is most likely explanation but it might be a private individual whose contractor wrote wrong postcode. Forced analogy. I nearly booked a hair appointment "on behalf of " my wife. Gave her phone number Indeed, we get post for a house with same number, one letter different . Bank account numbers I believe have check digits . Postcodes don't.

  I was recommended Niko by a neighbour and he fixed a really tricky job perfectly and in no time. He gave me lots of suggestions for another job that I need to do. He is professional, clear and such a nice guy as well as an excellent plumber. He will be my go to plumber now. Thank you.

  BBC article was interesting though don't you think? Labour have got to start doing better and I think Winter Fuel and farmers are going to haunt them for some time yet.
