WANTED - 1/2 Bedroom Home (March onwards)

Hoping you lovely lot will be able to help us. My partner and I would absolutely love to move to the area and are seeking a property with the following characteristics:

- BEDROOMS: Either a large ONE BEDROOM or 2 BEDROOM (e.g. 1 double bedroom, 1 smaller closet bedroom suitable as an office).

- PET FRIENDLY: Indoor Cat Friendly (we have 2 ragdoll cats).

- LONG-TERM LET: We would love to stay in the same place for a long time - our previous rental was almost 3 years and we only moved due to personal circumstances (to care for a relative who has since passed).

- UNFURNISHED (potentially PART FURNISHED, depending on what furnishings are there).

- MOVING DATE: Very flexible, ideally around March onwards.

What?s your budget? I am in a 2 bedroom house with a garden, I?ve lived here for 5 years, only moving as We have bought a house. I move out 8th April but know the landlord wants to decorate and put new bathroom in.
