I am a textile designer running my business out of a makers studio in The Bussey Building for the last 5 years. I am looking for a like-minded creative to share my studio with. The space is 188 sq ft and currently has 3 desks. It is beautifully situated on the 4th floor (with lift) and south-facing windows (with tons of natural light).

The studio is large enough to allow for comfortable social distancing for one other person.

Desk and chair provided (or you can bring your own).

WIfi, heating and electricity included. Access to communal kitchen with fridge, kettle, microwave and two sinks.

?200 pcm all utilities included. Available immediately.

Photos show one of the desk spaces and the newly renovated studio we will move into in February.
