Hello,

If anyone has upgraded their kids' bikes over christmas and is now looking to offload a 24" bike (especially Isla, Frog, Hoy or other similarly lightweight ones), we're lookgin for one.

  SNTs don't, as you seem to imply, consist of just PCSOs. I've not been to one of these Cuppa things so can't speak of them.
