Any charities looking for help on Christmas Day?

Hi,

I have a DBS and wondering if any charities need help on Christams Day or over the festive period.

Crisis at Christmas usually do but it might be a bit too late to apply and things are obviously different this year.

i was advised that due to Covid etc that Crisis is not doing their usual Christmas support

Try contacting Link Age or age uk

I think Link Age have also stopped their usual activities except telephone calls. I am a Link Age Volunteer(gardening Scheme). As well as a DBS you need personal references - although I had a DBS for my professional status, Link Age had to apply for one for me as DBS are not transferable.
