But also, people may not know where you mean by Budgens - I think you may mean the corner shop which is now Londis, on the corner of North Cross Road opposite The Palmerston?

It used to be Budgens.

Sorry to hear about your wrist. You didn't happen to be a victim of the slippery tiles at the entrance of Londis? I've slipped on these before and was pleased to notice them changing them today.

Yes I did slip on these tiles and I understand so did other people slip on them as well changing them was a bit too late for me!

If there are slippery tiles then surely Londis are liable for your fall?

getting proper medical attention and pain relief

ETA: If Londis have changed the tiles today then that implies the tiles are in fact their responsibility. You might want to get advice from the Citizens Advice Bureau.
