Hi everyone! I?m Gift, a Personal Trainer based in the local area. I want to help you to stay in tune with your body. It?s more important now than ever to keep an eye on your lifestyle habits.

I?m currently offering a special deal on a 3 pack taster bundle for Personal Training in East Dulwich park or Brockwell park (social distancing applies, as well as T&Cs). My services also include virtual training (message for details)

Don?t wait to start your fitness journey until after Christmas. Unfortunately, most of us put on anywhere between 2-5kg over the winter period and aren?t able to lose the weight in the new year.

I?ve found that the clients who start training before the new year are able to maintain their weight or get themselves into better shape. As an athlete I?ve never personally had this issue, but we train year round and monitor our changes in body composition regularly.

If you require my services, I offer as follows:

- 1-1 outdoor PT sessions

- couple/group outdoor PT sessions

- Virtual PT sessions

- Indoor gym sessions *In the new year*

My qualifications include: BSc Sports and Exercise science, L3 Personal training, L3 pre & post natal training, L3 Massage therapy and L1 strength and conditioning and I have more than 8 years of experience.

You seem not to understand the meaning of "national debt". Have you perhaps been relying on someone else's usage? I'm sorry to hear of Starmer's decimation.

The moral seems to be: don't try making two consecutive posts or they'll be liable to merging. I've now been able to post a freestanding reply to jazzer's post now that there's an intervening post.
