Took my PC in with a few things needed doing, Service was great and very helpfull, answred random computer related questions. The service was above and beond what I could could have wished for.

Im very happy and will never go anywhere else!

  A starter-free method is to make normal dough, let it rise and then put some aside. Make the remainder into normal bread. Then takethe set-aside dough, add more flour and water but no more yeast, let it rise, set a bit aside and make bread with the remainder. Repeat. Your starter will slowly sour from wild yeasts in your kitchen. I did it this way.
