Queeries about building insurance.

If they pull these trees and my building floods can i make a building insurance claim?

Even if the landlord is the owner of ajacent property?

As an adjacent property holder (Southwark v Southwark) I cannot claim 'right to light' or ask for an injunction. I have no recourse to law.

Is this true?

If you watched the Panorama program on leaseholders (deserves it's own thread) you'll possibly be charged using an S20 by the freeholder and insurance won't cover it.
