Combining many years of being a midwife and sleep coaching training Natalie and Lauren offer families support and advice to improve your baby?s sleep patterns. Sessions are Covid safe and offered over zoom, with the choice between purchasing a package or individual sessions.


Natalie and Lauren have been trained in gentle sleep coaching. This means working with your baby?s natural development to guide them towards a sleeping routine that works for the whole family. The pair have four children between them and have used this experience to build a service that is understanding of the physical and mental stress sleep deprivation can cause.
