So if someone with a condition like relapsing remitting MS, that precludes a long walk but might allow travel in an automatic car, needed to visit the surgery, would this not be a case where being too ill to walk but not to drive applies?


People who are immunosuppressed or undergoing cancer treatment may feel safer in a car. Many people may have to be driven by a carer, like the elderly. I could go on?!
