Deliveroo and Pizza Express

Has anyone else had a bad service? We have been told by Pizza Express that our order has already been delivered and there's nothing they can do. I am 99 in a queue with Deliveroo (after they had failed to respond to Live Chat) and we've been waiting over an hour for our delivery. Daughter's birthday - we don't normally order. After a very angry rant by my husband the manager at Pizza Express is re-orderimg but this was after I was fobbed off twice...

The manager didn't re-order. The original order has now arrived - an hour late - and COLD! Will not be ordering from Pizza Express Dulwich EVER again.

I guess they are very busy because nobody can eat out.

I've found both uber eats & deliveroo very unreliable during lockdown. Drivers are doing 2/3 orders at a time, so if you're the last one, invariably it's late and cold by the time it gets to you.
