Ballet character shoes - size 4.5 or 5

Hello, does anyone have a pair of black ballet character shoes size 4.5 or 5 which I could either buy or borrow for a ballet exam my daughter is taking next week. The shops have shut and I've missed the window to purchase any and would prefer second hand if possible.

Also on the lookout for pink ballet tights for a 12 year old.
