Sewing 3 seams to make Duvet cover

Have just bought a 7ft single bed Duvet, only got 1 cover as was over ?45 and only percale.

If I were to buy single cheaper sheet(s) what wd you charge to folded bottom together and long seam, plus1 of long side seams might need oversewing.

Am in SE154RQ

Obviously to be done when Lockdown is over.
