Due to Covid my housemate had to move out of our lovely 2 bed flat share in Bermondsey. I'm looking to replace him until the end of his contract which runs out end of May with the option to extend it with your name on it.

The flat is available from 1st December but we can be flexible should you need it slightly earlier.

Flat details:

- 2 bedrooms

- 2 bathrooms (you'll be lucky enough to have the one with a bathtub!)

- Kitchen/Lounge area

- Balcony

- A building with a rooftop

The area:

- Close to South Bermondsey station which is 4 mins on the train from London Bridge

- Shops like ALDI, TESCO & ASDA are only 10-15 mins away

- Close to Southwark Park, The Arch Climbing wall, Fourpure Brewery, Small Beer Co and also in walking distance (<20-30 mins) from places like Peckham, Maltby Street Market, Bermondsey Street, Burgess Park etc.

The rent is ?675/month excluding bills. Council tax and bills come to around ?120 per month.

About me: female, 32 years old. Originally Germany but have lived in London for 8 years. I work in marketing and enjoy yoga, running, art, movies, music and good food. At the moment I'm working from home but normally in Soho.

Given the situation I'd prefer to have a glass of wine over Zoom with you first during which I'll be happy to give you a tour of the flat :)
