madmum
Hi All Wise Formites My little boy (3) has been sick the last 3 nights at around 10.30pm? He doesn't complain of belly ache or feeling in well and it's not continuos sick just once and then he is fine. He has had a really snotty cold this week and insists on sniffing instead if blowing so I was wondering if it's a build up of snot and mucus resting on his chest/belly that's making him throw up? what you guys reckon?I hope it passes soon my washing pile is enormous! xx Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/26791-why-is-my-boy-sick-at-1030-pm-3-nights-in-a-row/ Share on other sites

Ole
Could it be something he is eating? I had something similar with my son when I was weaning him - every day he would be sick at precisely 2pm. I kept being told it was a virus, until I worked out he was being sick 2 hours after giving him mashed potato. It turns up he had a potato allergy (yeah I know, rare, comfirmed by tests). When I stopped feeding him potato at 12pm for luch he stopped being sick at 2pm. Strawbs
If it continues then I'd look at the allergy route as my son is dairy and soya allergic and was accidentally eating both and for the last 6 weeks was vomiting nightly, a week ago I stripped it all out and he hasn't been sick since x Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/26791-why-is-my-boy-sick-at-1030-pm-3-nights-in-a-row/#findComment-593143 Share on other sites

Indiana
We had that a little while ago with our almost 3 year old. She had a slight cough, and we figured she was coughing after her milk in her sleep, and the mucus was making her throw up. It passed after a couple of nights....
