Although he is often mentioned on this site, I wanted to add to the recommendations for Collin Smith of CGS Electrical Installations. He has just completed an Electrical Installation Condition Check on my flat in line with the new legislation for rental properties. He also installed a new fuse board.

His quote was reasonable and transparent. He went the extra mile to ensure he could meet my deadline - even though he was extremely busy. He was professional, helpful and did an excellent job. He is one of life's good guys.
