We have a one-bedroom 'period' first floor flat in highly sought-after Colwell Road, currently being re-decorated. It will probably be available from around 20th November.

* Best suited to a single person or quiet couple looking for a medium-term let of up to a year

* No pets

* Unfurnished (except for a built in wardrobe and a fold-down table).

* Monthly rent ~?950pcm (+ bills) - this is well below the market rate, and reflects the fact that the kitchen/bathroom are unmodernised (though they are both functional and "adequate").

If you aren't put off by the above constraints, then you'll love this flat.

  This is most likely explanation but it might be a private individual whose contractor wrote wrong postcode. Forced analogy. I nearly booked a hair appointment "on behalf of " my wife. Gave her phone number Indeed, we get post for a house with same number, one letter different . Bank account numbers I believe have check digits . Postcodes don't.
