fitting windows

Twenty years ago I had new windows made and fitted in my house but there were 3 that were not fitted as at the time I couldn't afford the scaffolding. So they have been sat in the garage for 20 years. Anglian who made them will not agree to fit them with a lapse of 20 years. can anyone help or advise? Thank you. Dan-Mei
