Warm Air Central Heating

Hi, you need to weigh up how long you'll be at your house. If you only have a 5 year plan it's unlikely that you'll get your money back on installing a wet central heating system. If you intend to be there long term warm air units are very inefficient to run and aren't great if anyone in the household is asthmatic as you're essentially pumping 60 years of dust in the ducts around. Wet heating systems are also a lot easier to control temperature as warm air systems are generally too hot or too cold.

You've also got to consider with wet central heating the upheaval of running pipework especially ground floor as I'm assuming being a 60s build the ground floor will be solid floor.

Hope this helps! Billy (Hunter Heating Solutions).
