Winter sun with toddler?

We are looking for a holiday in january with our toddler who will be 16 mo by then. We are happy to fly reasonably long haul, carribbean and Thailand would be manageable from distance perspective and looking for recommendations! we would love some sun as this is going to be the last for a while as #2 due in April!

  Leon replaced two lights for me at the end of December, and identified an issue that we had been having with our dining room lights. Excellent service and reasonable cost, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!
