Bobby_Davro
They started at about 7pm and went on until about 11pm, it was excessive and not fun when your trying to get the little ones to bed! Ban them! Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/26667-fireworks-underhill-rd/#findComment-591438 Share on other sites

shambles
My Jack Russell hates them...she has spent the last few nights shaking every time one goes off..which is often. Big bang with no glitz...s**t fireworks anyway! Ban s**t fireworks - glitzy ones only. first mate
They sure do. The big problem is not quite knowing when they are going to go off- if you know its going to be for three nights and then that is it you can prepare, but now it goes on for weeks with no way of knowing at what time they'll begin and end. Late night ones make me jump too. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/26667-fireworks-underhill-rd/#findComment-591620 Share on other sites
Catzy
Would love to know how you would "prepare"??! Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/26667-fireworks-underhill-rd/#findComment-591679 Share on other sites
first mate
Catzy,If you own a pet that is terrified/highly reactive to firework noise you have to prepare believe you me..Forgive me if I don't go into the detail right now, but if you think it through a little you might get there. Applespider
There's a big display at the cricket club on Dulwich Common too... first mate, I feel your pain with pets. My sis has a retriever who is terrified of fireworks - and he still needs walked so the longer the fireworks go on, the harder it is to organise it for daylight since she works.
