Interesting offer but why you do not consider people on benefits up the point you feel the need to specify in the advert "no exceptions" as you wanted to remark an ideological choice? it is illegal in this Country to refuse tenants only because they are on Universal Credit! and if I may add a personal note in a pandemic it may even be terribly short sighted because from a person eligible for housing benefits you can always claim the rent to be paid directly to you whereas it is not so easy to get money from somebody whose company goes bust and becomes insolvent in a couple of weeks for instance (and in a pandemic you may not be even able to evict the tenant with rent arrears).
