Seeking patient, kind carer for two boys (3 and 5 years), Weds and Thurs evenings, ‪3- 5.30pm‬

Recommended Posts

Hello!?

We are looking for a nanny to pick up our sons from nursery and school, bring them home (near Dulwich Library), give them dinner (which would be very simple, and usually pre-prepared), clear up a bit and of course play with them, on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Their pick-ups are 3 (nursery) and 3.10 (school) and either my husband or I would finish work at 5.30. We are both working from home at the moment.

Our sons are energetic, curious, loving, bright, love to laugh, and, although they can be a little rowdy with us, everyone else who has ever cared for them tells us that they are very well behaved!

We are looking for a nanny who, above all, is caring, loving and patient as well as having the energy to keep up with little ones! We are very clear with our sons what is and is not ok, but don't believe in punishment, but rather patient, firm explanation.?

We would like to find someone who has some experience and references.?

A bit about us: we are both civil servants. We are open, friendly people and (I would say...) good communicators. We are excited about finding a lovely nanny to be part of our family a couple of evenings a week.

Please let me know if you would be interested.

Look forward to hearing from you!

Lily

    • The question which poses itself is, is this a brand new troll or an existing troll in a new hat?
    • Bit of advice. If you see someone letting their dog shit on the pavement, dont do the righteous middle class thing and tell them to pick it up, then boast about it to your chums at the next dinner party.  Its far better to follow them home, at a distance, and take note of where they live. Later that night, go back to the address and leave some poo (a dogs or yours) all over thier doorstep. You can add a note too about cleaning up after their dog if you so wish.
    • Just had a bit of a dig around and can see that the lease is up for offer rather than renewal. Is Con retiring then? Hopefully whoever takes it on it keeps its Irish roots.... https://www.stonegatepubpartners.co.uk/find-a-pub/blythe-hill-tavern-forest_030276
