three free social cycle rides Sat Sept 17th

Three rides this Saturday, one from Dulwich and 2 from Peckham. With 2 rides starting at once need to ask riders not to form a group bigger than 6. Note the Covid regulations say ?avoid social interaction with anyone outside the group you are with, even if you see other people you know? . So please at the start and finish of rides:

Keep in your groups of 6

Only talk to those outside your group away from the group and socially distanced.

Consider wearing a face mask.

Please give a phone number as it may be needed for Track and Trace

You must register on Eventbrite, see links after each ride's details below

If you cannot make it, please cancel so that someone else can take the place. Even at the last minute it is worth cancelling.

We will keep everyone as safe as possible by observing all the Covid Regulations. Most importantly we will be maintaining routinely a 2m social distance, never less than 1m. Particularly important to maintain social distancing from other users on shared paths. Always give way to pedestrians and to other cyclists so all path users can maintain 1-2 m and feel safe. Just in case we need them, good idea to bring a face mask.

Please do not turn up to this event if you are displaying symptoms of Covid-19. The safety of our volunteers and participants is key to us.

We may contact you after the ride to ask you about your experiences and will let you know more ways to sign up to information from the London Cycling Campaign

    • Rye cars V or uber - haven’t been let down by either
    • Another shout for them. They picked us up at Heathrow on time and met us at departures. Clean car and friendly driver too. Only use them for an airport run but have always been reliable
    • 😮 I hope your pain has gone and you are feeling a lot better.  I'm a bit surprised a pharmacist would just give out antibiotics to someone who had  diagnosed their own need for them! Hopefully I have misunderstood,  and the questions he asked you served to confirm your diagnosis.
    • I have been training with Natalie for two and a half years.  I started when I finished my treatment for a serious health condition.  It has been transformational and I am now addicted to lifting weights.  Who would have thought that I would have discovered strength training in my 50s? Certainly not any of my friends.  If you are feeling a bit meh and your get up and go has gone,  I can highly recommend coming to the hub and Natalie in particular (although all the trainers are very good).  She is strict on good form but gently encouraging.  I love coming to the hub (even when it is cold and wet and the programme is challenging aka very difficult).  And unlike most gyms, it is not at all intimidating. To be recommended.
