This morning I went to the post office on Forest Hill Road to change a ?20 note. The guy says "I'm sorry we're not meant to give change", and I had to ask for the note back. This is the first time I can remember that a post office has refused to give change.

He must have been suspicious of forgeries but then again don't they have a counterfeit note detector?
